This Privacy Policy explains how Private Karaoke Studio (“the App”) handles information. The App is provided by Yixiao Zhang (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
The current version of the App is designed to work offline on your Mac. We do not collect, upload, sell, rent, share, or use your personal data for advertising or tracking. Audio processing is performed locally on your device.

The App does not require an account.
If you contact us by email or use the in-app feedback feature, we will receive the email address, message content, and any attachments that you choose to send.
The in-app feedback feature may prepare an email draft with a diagnostic log snapshot attached. The diagnostic log is generated by the App and does not include audio content, recordings, imported songs, stems, or exported audio files. It may include technical events, App version information, macOS version information, local file names, or local file paths. You can edit the email and remove the attachment before sending.
We use support communications and diagnostic logs only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve App reliability.
The App may request access to your microphone for recording, monitoring, or singing-practice features that you choose to use. Microphone audio is processed locally on your device. The App does not upload microphone audio to our servers.
You can disable microphone access at any time in macOS System Settings.
The App may request access to audio files or folders that you choose to open, import, process, or export. These files remain on your device unless you choose to move, share, or upload them using other software or services outside the App.
The current version of the App performs audio processing locally on your Mac. We do not operate a server that receives your audio, recordings, or project files from the App.
We do not use your audio, recordings, imported files, exported files, or microphone input to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
The App itself does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
If you download or update the App through the Apple App Store, Apple may process information related to downloads, purchases, subscriptions, crash reports, diagnostics, or device security under Apple’s own privacy policy and App Store terms. That information is controlled by Apple, not by us.
Because the current version of the App does not collect personal data, we do not retain personal data from the App. Files that you create, import, or export remain under your control on your device or in storage locations you choose.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features or data practices change. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
