Yes. Open Settings and choose Send Feedback. The App will open an email draft with basic diagnostic information and a diagnostic log snapshot attached. You can edit the message and remove the attachment before sending.
Yes. The current version is designed to work offline on your Mac.
No. The current version does not upload your microphone input, recordings, imported songs, stems, or exported files to our servers.
Microphone access is used for recording, monitoring, and singing-practice features that you choose to use. You can disable microphone access in macOS System Settings.
File access is used only for audio files or folders that you choose to open, import, process, or export.
Use Settings > Send Feedback, or email the support address above with your macOS version, App version, a short description of the issue, and any steps needed to reproduce it. Do not send private audio files unless we specifically ask for a sample and you agree to share it.
